Participants will have the opportunity to explore one past life. Through guided imagery, progressive relaxation, and deepening techniques, Mary Ellen, CHt, facilitates a state of deep relaxation/hypnosis for self-exploration and observation of a past life.
This experience is intended to foster the participant’s search for meaning and understanding, and a desire to direct their own personal growth and development.
