Past Life Recall Group Workshop with Mary Ellen Wilson, CHt

Participants will have the opportunity to explore one past life. Through guided imagery, progressive relaxation, and deepening techniques, Mary Ellen facilitates a state of deep relaxation/hypnosis for self-exploration and observation of a past life.  This experience is intended to foster the participant’s search for meaning and understanding, and a desire to direct their own personal growth and development. Participants will have an opportunity to journal and share their past life with the group after the session.

The spiritual unfoldment from observing and gathering information from a past life brings insights that nurture the participant’s highest good in the here and now. Thoughtful reflection on the past life experience can reveal information about abilities, behaviors, and relationships in this life, and facilitates the opportunity to change patterns, manifest goals, and for spiritual growth.

*Participants are encouraged to bring their own blanket, pillow, and/or journal to the session. Participants should be 18+.

**To prepare for this session, the participant is encouraged to write down their intention for this session on paper and bring the paper to the session.

About Your Instructor 

Mary Ellen Wilson is a seer and a mystic, descended from a lineage of wise-woman village healers from old Sicily. This lineage was revealed by her maternal grandmother when Mary Ellen shared about her own mystical experiences and intuitive gifts.

Mary Ellen earned formal metaphysical training as a Certified Metaphysician Practitioner and Healer at Delphi University of Spiritual Studies in Georgia, USA. Through Delphi, she is also a trained and Certified Medium, a Certified Soul Life Intuitive, a Certified Spiritual Healer, and a Certified Color and Sound Healing Practitioner. Mary Ellen studies hypnosis as a key vehicle for change, growth, and enlightenment, through bridging the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. She is a Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist (CHt) with a concentration in Past Lives and past lives in association with gender.

Mary Ellen continues her personal journey to evolve spiritually and to serve others in 2024 through Life Coach studies and more travel to Earth’s sacred archeological sites like Egypt and Peru, to experience and incorporate the imprinted spiritual knowledge and energy of these places and experiences into her practice.
