Participants will have the opportunity to explore one past life. Through guided imagery, progressive relaxation, and deepening techniques, Mary Ellen facilitates a state of deep relaxation/hypnosis for self-exploration and observation of a past life. This experience is intended to foster the participant’s search for meaning and understanding, and a desire to direct their own personal growth and development. Participants will have an opportunity to journal and share their past life with the group after the session.
The spiritual unfoldment from observing and gathering information from a past life brings insights that nurture the participant’s highest good in the here and now.
